Hi Moving on from a previous post today, I'm now cleaning out my HE with Fernox DS3 and after my first solution drain this is what came out as you might see the stuff coming out is black/brown. I was guessing the HE was blocked with Limescale build up as we live in a hard water area but...

It's OK I just undid them and voila. Cheers mate Tell ya what though, that silver bar that's underneath the HE does that just pull out of it's connection or is it bolted in? I've removed a couple of circlips but I don't want to force it and it ain't coming off easily.
