Thanks for this. One more question. Once it is all setup can it send the alerts via email or does it only push via the app? I have an android tablet where I can set it up but my phone is a BlackBerry.
So I just plug the module into the panel and then configure it to connect to the router using the keypad?
BTW did you mean to say that you have had an issue whilst testing WIFI or haven't had one?
Will I need to buy the USB com module to communicate with panel via Wintex if I have the COM-WIFI?
I had a network cable from run the router to the location of the Premier elite but wifi is £50 cheaper.
Are people experiencing unreliability with the wifi? I have no issues with my devices...
Also I saw your post: http://www.diynot.com/diy/bookmarks/?type=post&id=1903152 would that work on my setup and is that a far cheaper option?

I am thinking that if the thermostats were to pack in or if we find that they play up for...

We are having a 2 zone heating installed.
What are the pros/cons of the following setups and what would you go for?
1. A programmer and 2 simple thermostats or
2. A programmer plus 2 programmable thermostats or
3. No...

With my system the programmer will be on lower floor and boiler and valves in eves storage. The plan was to run the thermostats to the...
