Hello All, The door to my utility room is sticking, stuck so bad that the handle on the outer side has sheered off lol, it seems to be rubbing the frame on the latch side in places, do I plane/sand the frame or the door ? thank you.

Yep i know this, i'm yet to put toggles in between the beams to give it more support and secure the sheets more.

Hello, My verandah is complete but now i'm thinking to extend it a little further across, whats the best way to extend it over the utility room, will it look ok if its not level with the current verandah roof ? if not whats the best way to attach it to the utility room. thanks.

Ok so i've made the hole around the waste pipe for the corrugated plastic sheeting but there are gaps what can i use as flashing can you get a pipe boot to go around the pipes ? thanks.

UPDATE Found the problem, You will have to zoom in check the gap in the brick work behind the pipes, i blasted water in a shower mode at this and held it there and hey presto it started leaking i guess it will track down and across the kitchen wall. So overall nothing wrong with the verandah...

correction confusing myself now, they are 10cm taking into account the wood is 5cm thick so 5cm goes into the wall but in anycase i have backed them out a bit will see what happens.

I think i know what the problem is, this was doing it when i first bolted up the beam without even touching any flashing so i think i've used bolts that are too long, ones i used are 15cm big so i have a feeling i've bridged the cavity going to swap them out for smaller ones.
