Pipe flashing

Ok so i've made the hole around the waste pipe for the corrugated plastic sheeting but there are gaps what can i use as flashing can you get a pipe boot to go around the pipes ?

Just use some flash band.

I was thinking this tom but do i lay it flat or like L shape, want to make it tidy as possible.

Sorry I don't understand what you mean by flat or l shape.
Start on the downslope of the roof and flash up the roof and onto the pipe.
Then come back down again overlapping what you've done.
Round the corners of the flashing to increase pull off resistance and make it look nicer.
Yes you will end up with a black square on your roof that you can see from underneath but nothing you can do about that.

Oh also warm it up really well so it sticks and you mold it.
