Sorted People may not agree with this resolution but here it is. Made a hole just big enough for the end of the pipe in the end cap. Fitted pipe in nice and tight fit. And finally screwed in using the cap which holds the end cap in nice and tight with the pipe. The block is to hold the...

Hello all, I was looking at kitchen pelmet and while looking at the built kitchen examples in wickes and b and q it just looked like 2 x 4 attached, could i just get some 2 by 4 and make my own pelmets ? just seemed like a border on their examples to hide the lights etc. thanks.

Yes that's the plan doggit and if they have not i will do as i've stated, i've already tested it and it works fine.

Got a solution, you see the first picture the middle connection that's capped off, simple aim the pipe in there and it works fine, but what i'm going to do is make a hole in the plastic orange cap end you see in the picture and then put the pipe in the hole it will hold it nice and tight.
