    Hello, my door is leaking water into the entrance of our utility room when it rains the door is wood and it seems to dribble down the door and them come through the gap at the bottom, do i need something special to keep this out or will a brush draught excluder do ? thanks.

    bizarre i turned the radiator off at the valve but still its making the same noise ? could it be the lock shield.

    but no harm in replacing them both is there may as well as screwfix do a trv valve and lockshield for a good price, definately not air as water comes out when i bleed and also not sure if it would make a difference but the water pump is set to speed 3 ? is that ok.

    No hot water downstairs

    And will that fix it ? ie is that the only part in the valve that can cause the fault ? yes i've fixed similar stuff on an even older boiler lol as well as installing pumps, thermistors, pilot mechanism etc etc.

    hello, i have a friendly sime boiler which has an issue as follows, i get hot water only when the heating is on but no hot water in the kitchen ? when the boiler is on hot water mode only still no hot water downstairs but fine upstairs any ideas please ? thanks.

    Yes guys spot on it says RCCB is in the off position and all sockets in the kitchen, utility and upstairs are off only ones in the dining and living room are still working. i will dry off the offending light and wiring and reinstate the electric once done.
