I've never installed a smelly boiler, there's nothing close by or on the boiler thats burning?? does it only do it when the boilers been on? You said it is strongest in the morning? Isn't the boiler off overnight though??

Sounds like he's fitted a CO detector, obviously if your having trouble breathing in there something isn't right, one would assume he has done a gas tightness test and the flue is sealed properly??

I would say it comes off the ring main, the twin and earth disappears through the ceiling and there's no seperate MCB for it.....

There's a live, neutral and earth coming into the fused spur that the boiler is fed from?? So is it likely the the earth isn't making its way back to the board??

Evening all, apparently I have the wrong voltage going to my boiler, it has 238v Live to Neutral, 78v Live to Earth and 63v Neutral to Earth??? Can anyone tell me what the problem could be??? Thanks...
