    Trace the PRV pipework, does it end outside? Is it wet or dripping? Take cap off expansion vessel and make sure you don't get water coming out fella.... Report back :wink:

    As Tony states you can have bends above wet part of stack, often you get 3 or 4 45 angle bends to clear the soffat and guttering. Ensure that the 1m clearance is above all windows and re-entry points, just incase you have a velux in the loft fella....

    As Tony and Slug states fan pcb, but, I would check the CH sensor as well, get your multimeter and check the ohms across the terminals. Don't want you to fork out for a pcb fella if a cheap CH sensor is at fault :wink: After all, if it works on DHW, then something on the CH side is amiss...

The other money isn't just labour fella, there is pipe, valves, flushing, fittings, clips etc. I would ask the RGI what make of boiler he is fitting, it varies from a reliant robin to a rolls royce you know what I mean.
