Hi, under the boiler there may be a silver braided hose with either one or two taps on it. You need to turn the tap to replenish the boiler/system presure to 1.0 bar cold pressure. Just turn it till u hear a rush of water and look at the pressure dial.....

Hi, I agree with nickso, the problems u have lead to explosive ignition and whole heap of problems. I can assume that the boiler hasn't been serviced recently or indeed correctly :? Get a local suitably qualified engineer to do it, before u have to spend alot of money my friend :lol:

I think ur problem is the 4bar pump, the overflow pipe obviously dumping excess water due to the extreme pressure that the 4bar pump is shovong through your house. Can't understand why it is connected via your cold feed coming into house (assuming what you have said) so all cold feed draw-offs...

Hmm, Just a figure of speech doitall on clf-gas part, industry standard is preferred if using fixed pipework, although we do bow down to MI's. But, lately, most insist on rigid pipework. Unless a mickey-mouse hob from Ubekistan or somewhere :lol:

Firstly, I bet the plumber used the p/r valve 2 dump some excess water out of the system while u weren't looking! Bad move as sometime grit or oxidised sludge might of seat on the washer that seals the valve, therefore the continuous dripping or flow means the valve hasn't shut properly....U...
