yep thats the one, they have also added all types of heat stores on it too

no need for ptfe on the threads, its got a rubber washer with it, add a bit of lsx or ct1 sealant if it helps you.

cant remember which 1 it is but i think its the opella one , it comes with the hex spanner.

try the triton t40, it connects onto mixer taps, no need for a flange if i remember correctly, it will need electrics work. google triton t40

use a hep vo self sealing trap, it eliminates the need for aav's. put it on the 40mm run. should do the trick

i was gonna ask if the cistern was secured against the wall properly, have seen it happen before, when people lean back on the cistern it slowly losens up the bolts causing leak.if the cistern isnt secured against a wall

if you are going to change the radiators i would suggest putting in a magnaclean or boiler buddy, to prevent any problems later on

just wanted to know if the cp1 is acceptable as evidence for the a.p.l folder. and also is the cp1 will be acceptable for a landlord? or does it have to be a cp12?

its only a tiny bit of water. the systems got 9 radiators in it. pump settings on 2. have told the customer to wait a few days and see if it still overflows out the overflow for the f+e
