Burying pipe in the wall for shower - copper or plastic?

Hi I'm renovating the bathroom and we've decided to stick a thermostatic shower in seeing as we've just changed the boiler to a combi and we're now getting decent pressure. It's going on a thermalite wall and I'll be using the following method to make it work...

Supply and waste at wrong end of bath - can I just 180 them?

I managed to get the camera under the floorboards under the bath. You were right, seems the 22mm passes near the other end. I'll T that up to the new taps using 22mm and use the existing pipework for the taps etc after terminating the current 22mm. Many thanks.

Supply and waste at wrong end of bath - can I just 180 them?

Thanks for the reply. So I'll be ok to put a return bend after the compression fittings? The two 15mm pipes actually need to stay where they are, we're just turning the new bath around for practical reasons e.g a P shaped bath would be better the other way. Obviously I'd also have to slope...

Put new PVC windowsills and trims on then some nice new trim around the edges, got myself a pro caulk tool set, then some bargain Unibond sanitary sealant. Big mistake. It was a nightmare. Cured so fast, if I went over a bead twice it would block and clump. It's now coming away from the pvc...

Pipes through coving...any ideas how to tidy up?

Theres two sets for two rads. Lucikly they'll both be hidden mainly by curtains but I prefer hidden pipes too. Easier just to tidy it up for now. ;)

New patio doors, new laminate....which strip do I need?

So I would also order this instead of a door bar or is a normal laminate to carpet/tile cheap door bar suitable? Any recommendations for underlay? It's going onto a concrete floor, tiled in those old 70s green things. Lovely. Thanks! :D

Hi Just had a new patio door fitted and we're putting quick step laminate down. It'll be laid professionally but I'll be sourcing everything. Could someone please tell me what goes between the end of the laminate and the door? It's going under the skirting so please don't say scotia...
