Oh no Joan - you had better rip all your tiles up - if the advice on here is anything to go by your fixer must have put wall tiles on the floor. On second thoughts, just replace the damaged floor tiles you have unfortunately scratched - and be careful not to scratch them again.

    scratches

You pull a fridge with hard feet over a floor tile, wall tile, cieling tile, roof tile, ceramic with a glazed face, it's gonna scratch. As others have said. Replacing is relatively straightforward for your fixer unless there is underfloor heating. Good luck

no worries mate - there is no way you can stop all of it from going under the tiles. some will. That is the way it is done. Been trained through BAL and asked Weber too. Don't think it causes too many problems if you fill under the tile with silicone as most has a +/- 50% movement.

bathrooms, grout, silicone, window edging strip etc

As Jefoss says really. Get some deeper trim. Grout first then silicone. Otherwise the sand in the grout is liable to scratch it when you are feeding it into the joints. What I generally do is fit all the tiles on the walls around the window and overhand them by say 1/2mm, so, in essence...

    3 way mitre?

Triple mitre's can be difficult to do but when they are done properly, they look great. Only advice I can give is that you have to do it by eye. Mitre the horizontal pieces first. Offer the 3rd piece up and cut it into a spear head. Then cut your 2 horizontal pieces into spearheads. Not...
