Hi Thanks for the reply. No the noise has gradually become worse over time. It did make the noise on the heating circuit but a good flush with sentinel cleared this. There is a valve on the top of the cylinder which i can check.

Thanks guys definately verticle green led's just to the left of the pressure dial. The boiler was working fine on the time clock and since the pressure has dropped and then re preesurised the problems have occured.
