If it is a problem with the initial plastering job, how do I go about getting it rectified? Is there something that they can do to rectify the problem easily?

I am all new to this, I havent paid them yet. Is this something that they should address in the initial stages of boarding? I am genuinely happy with the finish elsewhere but the inconsistency around the door frames is going to cause me issues.

Theyve been out, fitted it and all is dandy. Price inc VAT £70. The aerial was a bargain, he said for the same aerial he would be looking at charging aroung 149 inc VAT :shock:

So on the 6th visit the prblem seems to have been fixed. A new APS has been fitted and seems to have cured the problem after all :lol:

I am currently under a call out scheme with Endsleigh Insurance in line with my household insurance. But your right, i have very little control over the engineer work unless i want to stump up the extra cost from my own pocket.

As expected the fan fault light is back on. I think this may have been down to bad diagnosis from the start but hey who am i to talk.
