Hi Many thanks for this diagram. The pipe which I want the condenser water to goes directly into the sewers - had all the drains up and got it confirmed. Do I need to get a gas engineer to do this job, or can I get a regular plumber?

Hi In a sense. Yes, it's in the kitchen. No where near the sink and waste pipes - they are all on a different wall. In 2 or 3 years, the kitchen will hopefully be extended and the boiler will be put in to a small utility room.

Hi I want to run a condenser pipe from my boiler and run it into a downpipe. Picture attached. And yes, that is a bit of washing machine pipe coming out of the wall! I've had a look on youtube and seen that ideally there really should be an airgap. I've found what I think is the right pipe...
