Does anyone know how to remove gloss paint from leather ?

I used reclaimed sleepers for raised beds in my garden but there is black tar/oil seeping from them.Is there any way to remove it or dry it up

my decking is underneath some trees and leaves and flowers have stained it ,and it doesnt look to good and im also extending my decking so iwanted the new and old to match

last year i covered my decking with decking seal it now looks a bit drab can i now paint over it with decking paint or will it not stick to it because it has been sealed ?

i have a 6ft wall at the back of my garden which is leaning because of trees pushing against it.i have cut the main branches away, is there any way i can support the wall ?.it has slight cracks on it and seams quite stable
