    Hi We have a heated towel rail with no TRV, the pipes to and from the rail are all vertical straight out of the floor. I've installed TRVs to horizontal pipes previously (so the valve is vertical), I've also installed TRVs using angled fittings straight into the radiators (valve is vertical)...
