    It's thin grey wire coming from the top left corner, connected to the brown terminal in the top left on the board which is next to blue white and pink terminals...

    thanks Jeff, I've reduced DHW temperature but it didn't help. Still shows DHW demand on live monitor but boiler is not firing, just motor valve open and sound like pump is running... One thing which I considered not important and didn't mention before but after your post mentioning cylinder not...

    just to add I was in a similar situation asking on this forum about 2 years back - combi or system for 5 bedroom house Thanks to advice from the guys here got system - 210l unvented cylinder with 24kW boiler which serves 2 showers, 7 rads and 3 zones underfloor heating

    this is what you need: this to check pressure and this to measure flow. The first one you can screw on standard garden water tap. System with an unvented cylinder is a way to go but have to make sure flow is good enough. hope this helps

    Here is an update: - There is VR40 next to PCB in the boiler and Circulation pump connected via VR40, aux.relay 1 (D27) - Vaillant confirmed that System diagram 3 is correct diagram for this set-up - When diagram 3 is selected, there are no issued with DHW but motor valve to cylinder stays open...
