Sod webworm - how to get rid of larvae and adult moth

Have put in new turf in the garden two month back and now can see loads of moth flying above, which I assume is Sod web-worm. There were there before however I completely removed all turf, levelled garden and rotovated the whole area I suppose these are new.

There is no damage seen yet and grass grows vigorously but moth is really annoying and there are loads of them... What would be the best and cost efficient way of getting rid of the larvae and also how to get rid of the moth?
