    Filling around pipes

    if your running skirting right up to your pipes which are at floor level then simply fill the hole with a little expandable foam and you will have to box your skirting around your pipes anyway. This should conceal the hole depending on your skirting board height..... hope this helps mate.

    Thanks for the replys fellas.......what i was hoping to do was to take power from the back of a new socket fitted in the new conservatory. So straight out the back of the socket to the outside wall then run lights into the garden from there. Does this sound very dangerous?.....perhaps ill speak...

    could always add in a few air bricks either side of the new extension walls if possible? but I dont actually think you will need them because it links up with a new extension and will now be an internal not external if that makes sense.
