I've been looking around for these for ages, does anyone know who makes a double tubular electric heater around 500-600mm long. I can only find the ones that are about a metre long. I want the output hence the double tube but not the length, there only small WC's Help!!!!

Can wiring to a new socket be taken up from the floor behind the wall to the socket, or is it normally dropped from the first floor down the wall. We have a cellar so it would be easier to get the sparky to run it from the floor up. Thanks.

Have the Building Regulations in England & Wales been recently changed to install TMV's beneath baths on all new build installations?

Could any OFTEC installers please confirm whether a flexible oil supply line shoul have been installed from the regulator to the boiler, mine hasn't got this installed and I wondered if it was an OFTEC requirement?? Thanks :lol:

Existing gas pipe will pass under where my extension is being built. Will the gas pipe have to be routed around the extension or can the extension be built over it? Thanks?

Yes, I should have explained further! Its for a rain water tank. I need to run a 32mm. supply in to the building, and also a 20mm mdpe supply from the building back to the tank outside. I don't really want 2 Groundbreakers units though if possible?

This looks good! I need to run two pipes into the building, can the Groundbreaker allow this (probably need a 15mm & 25mm mdpe.

I need to get a 32mm. MDPE supply into a small building but cannot penetrate through the floor slab using a 100mm duct. What will be the best way to get the pipe into the building, could I rise it up the side of the building and in that way, didn’t really want a 90deg bend and was worried about...
