    most are 1/2 like u say but i went to one the other week which was a quarter and had sod all on the van :evil: :evil: and as for washers then yes most have flat washers on the elbow attached to the hob..i always use paste aswell then jobs a gud un :D

    yup should have said. The flat ended keys are a bloody lifesaver at times. the brass ones all seem to be chamfered in a bit and no depth on the nipples so just slip over them. Flat keys ive found always grey in colour and solid handle ends..ie..no holes to put on your bunch of keys etc..

    as for your pressure gauge..if no evidence of leaks just keep topping it up untill u get to the root of the problem. wont work at all if no pressure in the system. As for hot water..they are a shared heat ex so have a flow switch on the left hand side as u look in.maybe its going faulty and...

    depending on how old your radiator is or the type depends if u can replace the bleed or not. Some air nipples are in 1/2" plugs which can be unwound and replaced. Some are in 1/4" plugs too which can be replaced but are easily chewed and can be a nightmare. And some nipples are into the...
