electric dryers are different to gas dryers on the flues as water vapour is a product of combustion (gas) and thus leaving it in your room with defo give u condensation like some said above. While your at it leave the flue off the combi too upstairs to even that out :lol:

the flags are still in the kitchen as only place i can leave them safely so doing the floor in 2 parts..once front room set ill move the flags into the front and get the kitchen underfloor sorted. cheers for advice :D

Seal it with PVA and water etc.. stops the grout pulling any crap off the wall and going black and also the adhesive drying and maybe tiles falling off!!

HIDs and XENONs are one and the same..one uses a reflector back like a normal bulb. the other uses an eyeball lense to project the light beam. Projectors are also a name for normal bulbs behind an eyeball And u need washers for XENONs or HIDs in the UK in case the beam gets deflected. And...
