Hi I'm looking to buy a decent Upvc conservatory, but I don't want it looking cheap, is there any thing i should be looking for ie a better grade of upvc or are they all the same? I would like wood but the maintenance I think would be an issue. Also is the Plikington active blue glass any good...

I think its ecoTEC plus system 624. Its the LPG model. If I run it full its cooler if I turn it right down it gets hotter but still only hand hot, unless as I say I turn on a cold tap. Water pressure is very good.

Hi I have new system valiant combi "Eco Tec plus" the hot water only gets hand hot, unless I turn on a cold tap or flush the toilet, then it gets hot. CH is working fine. Has any one got any idears??

Thanks for the suggestions, Whats FGA ?? The shower is just hot and cold into mixer then out to shower head, not sure where crossover can come??

Hi Yes I meant cold water mains, I have a shower fitted but it's not up and running yet. I'm not with the boiler at the moment but any pointers you can give me would be great. I think its a eco tec plus it's the one for LPG. Thanks

Yes, it has been skimmed for about two months, Also the damp patches get bigger then smaller this does not seem to be weather related eg nice dry spell damp is bad.
