If its got water in the pipes DO NOT try and solder you might think its ran but it just leaks you may be lucky but i wouldnt try it,or stick some bread down the pipe and see if it keeps it dry enough to solder

Have you turned the heating off and vented system,its got to be off when you vent system also see if thetres a vent by cylinder it will be on the pipes (is your pump by the cylinder) have you bled the pump and is the tank emptying when you vent,can you hear the water filling when your venting system

Close all hot go to highest set of taps and if theres any mixer taps open both hot and cold and put something over the spout so your stopping the water and force the cold up the hot,just use a towel or if no mixers try a bit of hose and get the cold water into the hot tap its airlocked

If you have 240 at the gas valve thenits the gas valve as you have cleared the pilot injrctor out and if its clear then i cant see any way past the gas valve as its doing what it should until pilot is asked to light so if 240 to g/valve then its gone down
