do you also have to blank off the entry holes into the tank aswell as the pipes or is there some kind of special adaptor required. forgive me if im wrong but i thought you could not bung primatic systems also the pipework seems to be 22mm not 28mm as standard on gravity hot water will it still...

update on boiler, having put new air vent in, and putting boiler back together, when you switch boiler on it blows the T3.15 fuse in the boiler, any suggestions what might be causing this would be a great help. Thanks.

brown water is from right side of heat exchanger, definately looks like its come from air vent, taken vent out i shall fit new one before deciding on new boiler.
