draining primatic system again this week, would it be a good idea to put in a air vent valve on the hot water pipes, to help with any air locks we might (probably will get when the system is filled back up), as the last couple of times, we've had to reverse fill it to get water at hot taps. any ideas are much appreciated.

would you recommend in the loft or in the cylinder cupboard also automatic or manual
next to the cylinder, long as its a bit higher than the top of the cylinder.
