Hi Tony I've not signed the contracts on the house yet, im just working out an approx budget for the works that needs doing.

Blimey! I dont need any of the above. Just rewiring to the existing sockets, switches and lights and getting the fittings changed to new ones. Some rooms will need a few extra sockets installed. The house is 1960's and has 4 beds, one bathroom, two reception rooms and a kitchen.
