Hi I had a new vertical panel radiator fitted with Pegler Terrier valves etc fitted,as linked to below. I'm not sure whether it is actually the TRV that is at fault,but when the central heating is on the radiator starts off warm/hot then whether it's on number 3,4 or 5 it seems to switch...

I bought some paint when B&Q had it on 3for2 recently and one of the guys in there told me to buy undercoat,he never mentioned primer when i asked his advice,it was only after i just read the tin i realised i must need to use it,that'll teach me not to check things out myself :( Thank you...

I've just had new skirting boards fitted so it's bare wood,can i use undercoat and then gloss or do i need to use primer,undercoat and gloss. As i've only bought undercoat and on the tin it says to use primer first,what happens if i don't,is it necessary? Thanks

I have a Gardtec 800 Series LCD Control panel in my bedroom. The room is being plastered soon and the control panel ideally needs removing,is there a way to do this without the tamper thing going off at all? Thanks

Just to update,it was that slapper thing that was stuck,the Plumber charged 65 quid all in to fix it,thanks everyone.

I wasn't intending on getting my OH to do it,i'm not that brave lol I just wondered if it was something complicated etc that would be very costly. I had a cold bath yesterday,was horrible hehe

I just ran the bath tap and the F5 reset has kicked in again. It's type WB1A Thank you.

Thanks for the reply,the boiler is just over 4 years old. In the manual F5 says it means Burner blocked/Air pressure switch faulty.
