Hi I've managed to uninstall and reinstall a PIR thank you but it doesn't want to recognise the contact sensor! I've tried both opening and closing the door when it says transmit on zone 4 but it doesn't register it. I've posted a couple of pics as requested. Thanks for your help.

Update: I have now got the installers code and tried deactivating the back door sensor, which I thought I had done as there is no black box unlike the other zones which have a black box on the central unit. However, it is still saying back door open!!! And when I try to reinstall the sensor...
