Honestly I’m so confused. When I try to add it in my devices it says it is invalid. It’s already in online devices but has locked me out, I guess due to incorrect username and password even tho I’m looking at both on the DVR. Makes no sense

Ok. Couple of findings. On the ivms app. I can see the device only when I go to add an online devices. Not in the devices section. Also. When I go online and type what is my IP address. It doesn’t match the one on the dvr or on the device settings on the app

Yep status = online

Tried both mate was using ivms initially. Tried the hikvision app recently cos thought it might fix it. Neither show cams

Ok. So I have and also the new hikvision app. Doesn’t work with either one. About the external IP. If that’s what happened, how do I fix it?

i've got a few cameras at home, suddenly they stopped showing on the app on my phone but the cameras and everything are working fine. i knw this because i plugged a monitor into the recorder unit or wtv its called and it all displays and records just fine. i'm thinking its an internet...

Not sure what a drain pump sound like tbh but when I start a cycle it makes loud pump type noises like it always did. I didn’t try to turn the motor to c if the drum turns...will take a look at this. Starting to think it might be easier to just buy a new one lol

Yes both are good. It’s will fill up with water but the drum won’t turn
