    Hi, the latch of my door stopped working. its 35mm maco branded. he said its £150 for the mechanism that houses the latch?! i went on ebay and see them fro £40 but have no idea if they are the same. was hoping someone could help. getting a feeling the whole thing is a big scam. help pls? thanks!

    approx 1 yr now. not done anything differently as far as i know tbh. i do turn the heating down at night though but i have always done this so i dont know why this would be an issue. never dried clothes on radiators-we have a dryer. we have an extractor hood but dont use it much-will use it more...

    it doesnt but anytime the shower is used, the window is opened to let the steam out. this only appears in the mornings btw, not during the day.

    Hi. I’m getting water seeping thru on a daily basis. I have attached some pictures. I was wondering if it’s a simple case of drying the area and putting some new sealant on? Pls help as quite a lot of water seems to be getting in on a daily basis even though it’s not raining much or at all. Thanks.
