    Yeah the housing seems fine,i even rmoved it from housing and tested it sat on the kitchen floor still the same problem,just hada quick look at my own oven and the fan on the back of it seems to blow rather than suck,advised them to ring the manufacturers in the morning.

    I rang up about the service breakdown engineer jobs for npower which were advertised in this months gas engineer magazine,a qucik chat on the phone and got an interview in about 2 weeks time,does anybody here work for this company? if so what are they like to work for?

    With plume kit fitted on a worcester bosch boiler the air intake part of the flu has to 150mm from nearest wall,opening window,and plume kit termination point more than 300mm for window etc etc

    check your fire valve if you have one,have had these go faulty in the past and close but still loose a small amount of oil through to burner.

    remove the red plastic cover with "rdb" on it by lossening the 2 slot head screws one visible on the front another on the top,oil pump will be left hand side of the burner.

    Boiler pilot light keeps going out help!!!!!!!

    Your boiler does not have a pilot light but the burner itself will go out when boiler is up to temp,this is probably what it is doing after half possibly because of air lock in the system preventing the circulation of the hot water to the rads.
