U sure that you are measuring it in dc voltage? had to replace a gas valve on one of these yeasterday-solenoid had packed up on it-sometimes it would ignite ok other times nothing.

Yeah u can do it to either one or the other or both.

Where the timer plugs into the terminal block u can unplug it and link out the ch/dhw with the 240v-this will then tell you if its a problem with timer or if it is somewhere else.

The cover on the pcb really needs to come off and the live from the clock needs tracing with a multimeter to find out where it is failing-u certain its not locked out and the lockout bulb has blown,therefor not showing the fault,u say you have looked for the lockout buttons-have u actually...

If youve got the temp of the dhw turned rite up to the max and the shower isnt drawing off a great deal of hw it might be tripping out on the overheat stat -or the over heat stat could just be faulty.

If the pump is getting 240v to it when it stops wrking then faulty pump-if its the board that stops sending the 240v to the pump then the pcb has had it at a guess-its a bit hard to say without doing some tests on it
