Its neither of them ? its cos they only have to work half a day, what with the prices that CORGI guys charge, i think they are all stinking rich! well most of them near me are anyhow, they even have several other guys working for them so plenty of work on as well. :wink:

Hi Dave, are you saying its the Temperature Pressure Relief Valve and not the Expansion Relief Valve & Expansion Vessel? BTW the model is Santon Aqualine AL153 15L 3kw just not sure of the year but they are old. Is there any way of testing them? Many thanks

woooooooh! WTF? looks like some one has nicked the bits from somewhere and made up a system from them all? why are all the rad different types and also old rusty ones fitted? Why did you pay 4k did they hold you at gunpoint?

Better still why not get someone to fit an external expansion vessel? Just a thought in case you want to save money! £1.8k hmm boilers only £850.00 including heat pack? add fitting of about £350 = £1200.00 and plumber gets to keep all extra rads!
