    Sagging Gate Help

Hi there, I've recently bought a property where the rear gage is pretty severely sagging and which we need to remedy. If you look at the bottom bolt you can see how much it has sagged. I've moved the top bolt so that we can keep it locked for now. We have checked that the sag isn't...

Baxi 80e Instant - Pre Heat gurgling.

Hi there, we've moved to a new house which has a Baxi 80e fitted in the loft. Its the "instant hot water" version so it tends to come on every 15-20 mins to reheat the small instant tank. Recently its started to make what i would describe as "gurgling" noises when the preheat comes on (or its...

    Indoor Vent Question

We have recently moved into a mid 70's build terrace house and have a question about a vent we have in wall of the lounge. Baxi 80e - Flame Failure

Hi there, In the last few days we've been having some issues with our Baxi 80e. That being that the flame is going out (and its flashing the 30C light) The letting agents plumber came out who showed me how to reset the boiler. We did this yesterday and it ran all day no problem. However...

    Tap head replacement advice?

Hi there, We have a small issue with our kitchen tap in the fact that the cold water lever no longer turns the water on. It would appear that the part of the tap head that grips the spindle has ground down, as if we swap the tap heads around it works fine. This is a picture of the tap...
