Is there pressure on the waste pipe getting it into the trap, is the pipe supported. Even a cheap waste should last longer than a few months . A smear of Lsx should not do any harm .

If they eat the wire wool you can catch them with a magnet .

Put some wire wool in the hole then foam. Stops mice eating up through the foam.

Box the pipes in first and carpet up to the boxing . Or get rid of them pipes into the wall and under the floor . It spoils your radiator.

Stepped drill bit would do it .

Clear silicon the top and two sides on the outside ,will stop water going behind and easier to take off if it needs maintained .

I don't think a GSR engineer would touch it . Why risk your lively hood for £100 . The Benchmark book not being filled in would start the alarm bells straight off.

What does it look like in loft ?.

I think the flashing should lift up. Have a look on U tube about soakers and flashing around chimneys .

Are there lead soakers under the flashing ?.

Looks like a normal cheap bar shower and possible damage done to nuts when being tightened up.

Also what dishwasher is it ,be good to check reviews .
