Update:- I have now resolved this issue, if you have the same issue or an issue where your fridges temperature drops and rises randomly with any model starting with "RS21" it is a manufactoring fault and no matter how long you have had the FF, even out of warranty, Samsung will send an engineer...- Jonnydc1
