    I think they look good in hallways and may be bathrooms too. They are much better than downlights where you have to drill so many holes in ceilings, so many cables and maintenance issues.

    BTW I spoke to nic in the past, they said any competent person can do an eicr, even with only "domestic installer" registration but report will not have niceic logo, eicr for rental properties ain't a big deal as some ppl make it, but my guy got the lot in his registration.

    To add; the EICR report comes with NICEIC logos (not plain as as some do) , also included serial number xxxxxxxx PRSN18.3 ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORT FOR THE RENTED SECTOR.
