doube pole switching /DP switch means that the switch disconects boths poles at the same time eg Phase and Neutral Single pole switches SP only disconects one pole eg the phase conductor and these sould always be fitted in the phase conductor hope this clears everything up :D

You need to use a contactor. you wire the oven through the contactor then use a normal time clock to control the contactor It would be better for you to get an electrician in to carry out the work because its quite complicated and out of the remits of a diyer

An FCU breaks the live and neutral conductors aswell as fusing. you Have a live and neutral in terminal sometimes marked L1 N1 or L in N in then you have two terminals for connecting the load these are marked either L2 N2 or L load N load :)

There is a switch in the dado trunking which is the emergancy light test switch. It has a key switch and a neon on the switch plate. The intermediate light switch is actually mounted above the trunking for the bulk head Anyother questions just ask :lol: 8)
