Or you could call a local independent rgi who may be cheaper than the fixed price repair manufacturers offer which only covers the boiler and nothing else. An independent can check out whole system and carry out any repairs that may be needed there also.

Worcester bosch and veissmann can do system boilers which can be adapted to take 4 pipes like a gravity system. Maybe that could be an idea, not the cheapest mind. Whether the system/coil could take the higher pressure I don't know

Do you have an external bypass fitted or is there a rad with no thermostatic valve fitted to act as a bypass? Remove one trv from radiator and if it stops the noise a bypass is needed or one fitted already needs adjusted by the sound of it.
