The bit pictured with drip is the drain point for boiler. Can you nip it up a bit or is it fully tightened?

There's some good apps that can help with sleep and self meditation if suffering from anxiety or similar. My partner is using one called calm at the moment and is really helping her.

open the two orange circled valves to let water in. If that doesnt work the white one may have to be turned also, not sure if its in a position that allows water in on these or not. Remember to put them all back to same position

Make sure power safely isolated before obviously. The thermostat needs live and neutral to power it, you can take this from the live supply terminal LS and neutral NS from boiler. Put a link wire between L and common on the thermostat and connect between no (normally open) terminal on...

I would day undersized too. Maximum output in boiler is 11.7kw, without seeing all radiator sizes difficult to say for sure but if alot of double panel ones and big rads, boiler has no chance of heating them all and hot water cylinder also. Might be worth getting an rgi to confirm boiler is...

If was registered just say it's been serviced. If you can't wait for the call out as may be busy now, ask them to send the hex and your guy will fit it. If you go for fixed price it's around £265 and covers main hex. Boiler will have to be in suitable safe location to work on though
