    Its a bricked arch self support type. I was trying to avoid having to rebuild it. Theres around 5 bricks which have tilted foward from the top. The window opening is 1000mm. Would it be sufficient to tap the bricks back into position and wedge slates into the gap between the end of the arch...

    Im not gas safe registered its my own boiler and im not touching gas or gas valves or burners etc.. if it did involved gas i would get someone in no question about it. Im just looking at the water/plumbing side of things? So what you reckon?

    Hi thanks for the reply. I once replaced the one diaphragm in the flow switch body 7 months ago which i believe pushes the diaphragm and spindle to the left to make contact with micro switch. The diaphragm had a hole in it and was replaced and all was well again and dhw was working again...

    Can anyone help please? Boiler runs a bit longer on ch when system is cold but when it warmer it cuts out and it cuts out straight away after resetting it and trying again? Just get a flashing power light. As said before dhw is fine and that doesn't cut the boiler out. Anyone?

    Just an update for anyone else with same problem. Its sorted now. Traced the fault to the ignition board. It was burnt and had bit of damage and there was sometimes continuity between neutral and live but no all the time. Changed the board cost £60 from ebay so not too bad since i saved on...

    Agile should there be any continuity between the 4 pins on the gas valve solenoid as i checked for continuity on all 4 pins one at a time and there wasn't any continuity whichever pins i put my multimeter probes on.
