I can run the cable under the wooden ground floor of my house to the back but then the issue I have is that I am having an extension on the back and sides and the builder...

    Moduleo LVF

Also, part of the subfloor will be concrete and part will be wood. I plan to board it all with 6mm ply. As the concrete part will be a new slab would you advise to let it dry out completely before boarding or does this not matter when boarding out and then laying the vinyl over that Thanks

So the solution would be to correct the loose wires in the socket on the ring main and then renew the wiring for the damaged spur?

Thanks for all your help. Very informative. I'm a relative novice when it comes to web building but I've taught myself over the past 12 months. We use Godaddy web builder for our website. Do you think this would accept an Iframe ?

Ok update on the situation . Landlord has been very evasive over last few days. But I think we may have a way forward . Landlord has agreed to give us one months rent free (£550) which he says is over £100 more than he owes us! I've asked what he is going to do about the ongoing issue of the...

    Is my electricity being stolen?

Sorry for the late update. Scottish Power came out and said it wasn't unsafe but said it wasn't right and it was a metering issue so they couldn't get involved any further. Spoke to Landlord who basically admitted his "scam" and said he was always going to tell us but never got round to it. So...
