From what I can tell the clock is wired so that HW (3) is wired to be permanently on. Does one of the Brown/Live cables go direct from L > 3?. Picture isn't clear.

OP Google this - Thermostatic Bath Shower Mixer Tap - may solve your problem. Just change the bath taps for these. Loose the electric shower. PS I am fully qualified to comment on this I have fitted 1 electric shower at least....
