    Err the boiler is heating the hot water cylinder? Water taking easiet route seems a reason from your description. Try turning hot water off and heating only on; then get back to us.

    I actually would suggest the Ferroli, no diverter valve to fail, never had a prob sourcing parts. When i think cheap i think Ariston!! When i think expensive i think Worcester!! Another £250 on top of that Ferroli will get you an equivalent Worcester, although they are good.

    3 port valve synchronous motor

    A three port valve allows HTG and HW to be heated at the same time. To achieve this the valve holds itself open in the mid position. So yes, that part is normal. But the constant clicking?? :?

    HELP - Fully Sealed Sytem - Expansion Vessel Problem ?

    Is it leaking from the pressure relief/blow off pipe?? If so it may be a punctured expansion vessel and no need to worry about that new floor :?
