Can any one let me know where to purchase andrews water heaters as finding it hard to get one it is for a nursing home any links will be gratefull.

Got installation and servicing instructions manual, as first boiler i fitted back in 1989, i keep copies of most of boiler mannuals. Ill scan into laptop tmorrow and download in an attachment if poss.

No rcd fitted the reason on form was that it has to be from meter with no breaks in it?

Just to let forum no after all the answers given it was the water to water heat exchanger,guy had second hand one in his van swapped over worked fine he left it in till he orders new one as he said it would cost £157 plus vat for part im happy with that thanks for everones help.

Thanks ill inform engineer if one ever answers phone,are answer machines the norm so called 24 hrs call out dont answer. Ill wait till tmorrow,how much heat exchanger guesstimation. Thanks

Had Gas Board out again look at boiler hot water still cutting out after about half a bath, then pilot goes out they changed overheat stat i believe,also changed the pizo ignition why i don't know,but still got problem,worked as usual for ten mins when they arrived,then cut out,so he changed...

Can anyone out there give some advise as boiler doing my head in,try to run bath after about 5min boiler goes off have to relight pilot, try to run bath again works fine for about a few minutes does the same.Re light boiler again this time run tap run for about 20 min hot water so turned...

Worcester240 hot water works for few mins then pilot goes out have to relight then may work for ten mins to run a bath, when in water and heating lasts for about three mins the pilot goes out any suggstions thanks.

Fitted new fan last month, as it kept blowing the fuse, also fitted new pcb board at same time, the fan is blowing the fuse again, any chance any one has a idea of what going on. Thanks

Changed pcb board on boiler tested ransformer for resistance still no power to boiler, power at spur tested to fuse. once turned on blows fuse on pcb any answers thanks. Live the dream dont dream the life :)

Back to pcb problem after buying new board still no joy no manual to check transformer resistance across adjacent pins anyone know what the ohms threshold is on this boiler . with thanks
