I’m presuming thats a ground floor, if that brickwork is going down through a suspended floor to soil, it may be worth taking the floor up and installing a dpc, whether resin injection or slot in an actual membrane, an air brick may help too.

The boundary is centre of the fence line, a trench foundation would end up under the fence by 50mm, any experience with having the cavity wall of centre on the foundation?
