    Whirlpool bath dodgy

Would suggest you are going to have to consider taking the tiles off if they haven’t consider access. You probably aren’t going to learn much from lifting the control panel. Although it does appear to have power

    Carpet Advice - Buying online

Bad idea, use a small independent carpet company and have them quote for everything. Avoid carpet right and the like. They like to try and hammer you on underlay etc which is why they can amazingly offer free fitting etc

    Front garden and drive revamp

Excellent work, that fencing is superb and hopefully it’s a fit and forget job. Shame about the edging height for the tarmac but work looks excellent

    Low Level Air brick

My first thought.... is the air brick needed? If it has been covered over previously has this resulted in any internal problems? I would look to remove and replace with a brick. I assume the floor isn’t suspended being a garage? Could you cut another brick out higher up and and swap that with...

    Car scraping on the driveway

Is it not the plastic **** guard underneath that’s catching? If so introduce it to Mr Dremel then pour a beer

Can anyone identify this roof tile please ?

With a pair of scissors. The terminal should be installed to prevent water ingress so don’t get hung up on sealing it

    Crack in exterior brickwork

I think Woody has gone above and beyond. Not sure what else you would need? You could always take a builder round to assess prior to pulling out

    Sewer access / manhole cover.

Cant you just level the garden and build it up around the drain. Cover the round part and leave the rectangular section and lid visible. Then put a large planter on top

    kitchen cabinet wiring

Yep, would suggest on top and route the cable down the outside. Can you hide it behind a line of caulk or cabinet trim?

    carpet and skirting board painting

Loads of options, something like a no more nails or should be fine but you shouldnt need much. You can always caulk the gaps if needed once in place. In truth it would probably be easier and quicker to paint once the trim is removed. You don’t have to worry as much about painting the floor

Are you after a compression adapting flexible tap connector?

Can you pick up a 2nd hand UPVC one from eBay?

    Fake grass

I used compacted sand and then the hoop nails. I did using decking boards at the rear section to hide sleepers spanning the width of the garden. I was able to tuck the grass under it.

    BMW 320i 2001

If you can provide better pictures it would be easier to offer advice. There is usually a method of unlocking the clasp, but can it make it out in that picture

    Jeremy vine a pratt......oh dear

I hate that *******! I won’t watch the video but the way he interviews people and has no empathy is cringeworthy. Pretty sure I would never tire of slapping him

    Outdoor Kitchen/Grill Area

Personally I think it looks bang on from that photo. May be worth leaving it for a week to mellow and see if Mrs G changes her mind. Did you do the stone work out of interest? I may have missed that bit

    Noisy neighbours/sound insulation

I would recommend trying the search option. There are other areas to look at with sound intrusion and this will hopefully ensure you address everything needed and hopefully give better results
