    new radiator wont come on

    I have just had a new radiator fitted turned it on and nothing happens its not trapped air as i have bled twice but just wont go hot i am wondering if it has anything to do with little thing on bottom right with white cap as this is closed..... should it be open and what is it for thanks

    I have a mixer tap on sink but it has become loose and moves about i am not sure how i tighten it back up to the sink to stop it moveing there is a little gold thing under neath that looks like a pipe but i dont no how to tighten tap back up to sink please please help
